Butler Portraits, a luxury portrait studio in Richmond, is seeking a confident sales professional for private in-studio ordering appointments. This Part-Time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a pathway to substantial earnings for high performers.

You'll guide families through selecting heirloom wall art and portrait collections, building trust and presenting premium options in a structured, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven luxury sales success.
• Experience selling premium products.
• Comfortable with consultative, not high-pressure sales.
• Available Wednesday–Saturday.
• Experience in luxury retail/jewelry/fine art is a plus.

Part Time Hours for Full Time Pay at an Established Luxury Studio

Butler Portraits has spent over 50 years creating custom portrait artwork for families who value quality, tradition, and lasting memories.

We are seeking a confident, polished sales professional to lead clients through selecting heirloom wall art and portrait collections during private, in-studio ordering appointments.

This is a consultative role working with warm, pre-qualified families, pets, high school seniors, bridal and children in a structured, professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct private sales consultations
• Build trust quickly with families
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand what matters most to them
• Present premium artwork options with confidence
• Guide clients through pricing decisions comfortably
• Close professionally while maintaining a high-end client experience

This is relationship-based selling -- not high-pressure retail.
