Job summary

Enverus Intelligence Research Inc. is seeking a highly driven Sales Compensation Specialist to join our operations in the United States, including remote work options.

You will administer and analyze sales compensation programs, supporting payouts and plan design, under the direction of senior team members and Sales Leadership. The role requires 3–5 years in sales compensation or related fields, with strong Excel skills and experience with CRM and ICM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales compensation, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process monthly/quarterly commission payouts accurately and on schedule.
• Build and maintain attainment tracking, payout, and cost dashboards.
• Communicate compensation matters with sales, finance, and HR partners.
