S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to design and run models that govern global incentive spend. You will stress-test plan structures, forecast commission accruals, and deliver predictive analytics for alignment with financial targets.

You’ll build dynamic forecasting models in Python and Excel, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality. A US-based role with strong analytic emphasis and executive-facing insights.

Formación

• 5 years in financial modelling, quantitative compensation analysis, FP&A, or incentive strategy within a multinational organisation.
• Advanced financial modelling: nested logic models, dynamic arrays, Monte Carlo or multi-variable simulations.
• Coding and automation using Python (Pandas/NumPy) or Alteryx; strong SQL across large multi-table datasets.
• Power BI development with advanced DAX and star-schema for executive reporting.
• Strategic communication: translate modelling outputs into clear recommendations for senior finance and commercial leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute dynamic forecasting models to simulate compensation expense.
• Perform stress-testing and sensitivity analyses on compensation structures.
• Design plan effectiveness metrics linking expense to profitability and ACV.
• Develop automated Power BI dashboards tracking global commission metrics and quota attainment.
• Create reusable scenario calculators with Python/SQL/Alteryx for quick mid-year planning.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture to automate data ingestion into modelling workspaces.
