The Sales Commission Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and analytics, owning the accuracy of how Clipboard pays its revenue-generating teams. You will build and maintain commission tools and dashboards, reconcile data across systems, and partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to implement new or updated comp plans

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in building and auditing multi-tab spreadsheets.
• SQL skills to pull and reconcile data across sources.
• Ability to read comp plans and translate into accurate calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail to catch errors before payouts.
• Strong written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.
• Ability to own a commission cycle or plan rollout end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle.
• Own the mechanics of commission plans, including calculations, tiers and accelerators.
• Query and reconcile data across systems to validate revenue and payouts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out new or updated comp plans.
• Translate plan changes into auditable, working calculations.
• Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear written communication.
