Art + Artisans is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate based in Dallas, with a remote role and Texas travel. You will drive revenue growth, manage a robust pipeline, and build relationships with developers, architects, and designers.

The role reports to the CEO and offers a compensation range plus commission. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consultative sales and strong presentation skills, with CRM proficiency and a passion for art and design.

Formación

• 3+ years of demonstrated success growing revenue through consultative sales.
• Based in Dallas, with the ability to travel to Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals that drive growth.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, targeting $1M+ in new business in the first year.
• Proactively generate new opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry relationships, building a pipeline expected to convert within 6–12 months.
• Own the full business development cycle from first conversation through signed agreement.
• Build meaningful relationships with developers, companies, architects, interior designers, and other partners in our ecosystem.
• Plan and execute client-focused events, sometimes in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our unique approach and value.
• Customize project scopes and confidently explain our pricing model.
• Provide a white-glove client experience that leads to long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to our project management team.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities, including active participation in commercial real estate organizations.
• Contribute to Art + Artisans’ presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn
