Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a remote Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You will build and enhance reporting, improve Power BI dashboards, and support leadership with data-driven presentations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in analytics, experience with Salesforce, and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization. This role is fully remote with CST/EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years in data analytics, BI, or sales ops.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly and quarterly client and sales reports.
• Develop revenue KPIs and performance scorecards.
• Enhance Power BI dashboards with IT Product Owner.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support ad hoc analysis and forecasting.
