Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join the team in a fully remote role. You will consult virtually with individuals and families interested in long-term protection plans, following up on warm leads and conducting video consultations to tailor plans.

The position offers comprehensive paid training, a 100% work-from-home setup, and performance-based compensation with bonuses. Prior sales or customer-success experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who requested information.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference.
• Customize protection plans to fit client goals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist with claims or policy updates.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Manage updates and ensure client documentation is complete.
