You will follow up with warm leads, schedule and conduct video consultations, and tailor protection plans to fit each family's goals while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
