Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and highly organized individual to consult virtually with individuals and families about long-term financial and family protection plans. You will join a growth-focused team with comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.

This remote role features warm leads only, a flexible schedule, and a commission-based pay structure with monthly bonuses, plus a full benefits package and stock options for top performers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with a client-first mindset.
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and an entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
