Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking an ambitious, organized professional to consult virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about our long-term financial and family protection plans.

You will follow up with warm leads, conduct video consultations, and customize protection plans to fit client goals. This 100% remote role offers comprehensive paid training, health benefits, a stock option program, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with a client-first mindset.

• Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
