Training is provided to set you up for success and you will interact with warm leads only. The role emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and an entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet.
• Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
