Job summary

Scale Virtually is seeking an energetic Sales / Appointment Setter. You will manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and set discovery calls to move deals forward. The role requires proactive follow-up across channels and strong CRM discipline to avoid missed opportunities.

As a fully remote, independent contractor position, you’ll work with US business hours and communicate effectively via video and chat. Prior sales experience and excellent English are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with voice-based sales conversations.
• Able to schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead pipelines, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify each prospect.
• Prioritize qualified opportunities and schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update notes after every interaction.
• Follow up with prospects to avoid missed opportunities and delays.
• Support social media leads and track them for reporting purposes.
• Generate reports on appointments, sources, and qualification outcomes.
