Paylocity is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to empower the sales organization with data-driven insights and streamlined processes. You will generate regular performance reports, support multiple Sr.

Sales leaders, and ensure data integrity across CRM systems while coordinating events and onboarding new hires. This fully remote role within the United States offers a competitive compensation package, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales administrative support experience preferred.
• Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to support multiple Sr. Sales leaders and extended leadership team.
• Advanced ability with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data driven and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Finance software (e.g., Oracle, Xactly).
• <25% travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs, revenue goals, and sales forecasts.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Review and analyze data from daily activities and projects.
• Monitor data accuracy in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and maintain data integrity.
• Assist in creation and execution of employee recognition programs.
• Generate sales activity reports and forecasts for the sales team and management.
• Plan local, regional, and national events; travel coordination and venue selection.
• Onboard new hires.
