Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to translate business questions into actionable analytics. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports, using SQL to gather data from multiple sources and deliver insights for decision-making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, ensure data quality, and document reporting rules. This role is fully remote with nationwide eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related field; lead analytics from needs through delivery.
• Experience building and supporting reporting or analytics solutions from multiple sources.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including data models, DAX, and performance improvement.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, summarizing data, and validating results.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous business questions and deliver actionable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and document requirements.
• Design, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and analytics assets for accuracy and usefulness.
• Collaborate across teams to review processes and identify improvements.
