Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound Care Center calls and selling Interlock products nationwide.

You will deliver exceptional service while building lasting client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and additional fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound Care Center calls and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
