Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consultative sales.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound conversations and closing.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into customers for coach training and leadership programs.
• Guide prospective participants through registration and coordinate follow-ups.
• Respond to questions with accurate information and maintain CRM records.
