Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a remote Sales Program Advisor in the Care Center Sales department to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering outstanding service to clients nationwide.

You will build relationships, manage CRM records, and prepare tailored presentations while staying current on industry trends. Bilingual English/Spanish eligibility adds compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales tracking tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and prepare compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
