Jobot is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive new business across multiple states and territories, while expanding existing client relationships. The role reports to the President and may require periodic travel to nurture accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in plastics/film extrusion, strong sales and account-management skills, and resides in OR or WA. Enjoy a primarily remote role with a strong compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales / account management experience.
• 3+ years of plastics / film extrusion experience.
• Must reside in OR or WA.
• Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across various states and territories.
• Upsell to existing clients.
• Interact with leadership and travel to develop accounts.
• Attend to market share with leadership, determine growth areas.
• Collaborate with sales management to deliver best service to customers.
• Meet/exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis.
• Understand customer needs and deliver value based on services.
• Negotiate contracts from A to Z.
