Job summary

ProVia is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow unit and dollar sales across Montana and Wyoming. The role involves visiting current accounts, soliciting new business on a disciplined schedule, and training customers when needed.

This remote position covers Montana and Wyoming, with a focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. The role supports a base salary plus commission, mileage and travel allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
• Team oriented, outgoing and positive with strong problem solving.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
• Able to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Travel within designated territory daily to service current and potential customers by vehicle.
• Train and motivate account owners, sales and installation personnel via seminars and one-on-one coaching.
• Address customer complaints and resolve with management.
• Assist customers with investigation and resolving service issues on product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Attend sales meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Sugarcreek, OH and offsite locations several times per year.
