Job summary

Chomps is seeking an Associate, Sales - Target & Aldi to drive Target and Aldi business. You will own forecasting, replenishment, portal management, and data analysis while collaborating across functions to ensure accurate item data and timely POs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in strategy or replenishment, strong Excel and data skills, and proven Target experience. This role offers a fully remote setup with preference for Minneapolis-area residents and a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, planning and/or replenishment management.
• Forecasting tools proficiency preferred.
• CPG experience required.
• Direct Target experience is required (HQ & Brand/Broker experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: own inputs to internal forecast system (Vividly) and monthly forecast reviews.
• Customer Operations & Portals: manage item catalogue and ongoing maintenance within POL; own replenishment management.
• Analytics: co-own weekly recap emails and analyze consumption to identify headwinds and opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with analytics, operations, and marketing teams on forecast, PO adjustments, and promotions.
