Job summary

OLIPOP is hiring a Target Customer Planning Manager who will own forecasting, promotional planning and retail execution for one of the brand's biggest retail customers. The role is remote with travel requirements.

You will set targets, maintain promotional plans across planning tools and portals, and ensure field and broker teams align with priorities, drawing on prior experience in key account planning in beverage.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales planning or retailer account management in CPG.
• Target headquarter-level experience is mandatory, including familiarity with Target's POL portal.
• Proficiency in Anaplan or a similar forecasting tool.
• Ability to travel four to six weeks annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate sales, production and operational targets based on historical data, market trends and business forecasts.
• Maintain accurate promotional planning and spending information across planning tools, keeping contracts and submissions tracked.
• Support post-promotional analysis to secure the strongest return on trade strategy.
• Work with sales, marketing, finance and supply to align on targets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, and deliver regular reporting.
• Communicate monthly key account priorities to field teams, third-party merchandising partners and brokers.
• Manage promotional plans in internal portals and customer portals, and review weekly customer purchase orders.

About the role

This is a sales planning and trade investment role: you set the targets, keep the promotional plan clean across planning tools and customer portals, and make sure field and broker teams know the priorities. Anyone who has run key account planning in beverage will recognise the shape of the job.
