Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a remote Sage Intacct support professional to join our growth-focused advisory team. You will work directly with project customers, internal consultants, and external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, provision, and resolve issues in the Sage Intacct environment.

With 3+ years in accounting/finance and ERP exposure, you will help drive timely resolutions while expanding your client service and technical skills at a leading professional services firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• 3+ years in accounting/finance with ERP or software support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Review and own customer support tickets daily.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provision solutions in Sage Intacct.
• Escalate complex issues to management or Sage Intacct engineering.
• Coordinate with internal consultants and external vendors.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide programs.
