Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and support the rollout of Sage Intacct integrations, while staying current with product features and best practices across ERP/financial systems. Remote-friendly role with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actions
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions
• Gather requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test integrations
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct and related modules
• Define rollout plans for integrated Sage Intacct solutions
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and processes
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to implementations
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success
• Provide clear, concise communications and leadership aligned with customer goals
• Contribute to deployment best practices and reusable tooling
• Serve as escalation point for project issues
• Mentor team members and support career development
• Network with clients to build relationships
