Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge clients, developers and project managers in translating business requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions. You will manage multiple client engagements and ensure successful adoption with strong customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across diverse business processes.
• Programming/coding experience a plus for translating business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted engagement team member, managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, coordinate with development, test, train, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and integrate customized solutions based on client needs.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Train customer end-users and document business requirements into software solutions.
• Support and respond to customer technical issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success for project execution.
• Deliver clear communications and lead with a customer-focused approach.
• Contribute to knowledge base and deploy best practices.
