Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS, or computer science.
• 5+ years of consulting and Sage Intacct/ERP/financial software experience.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Design, test, and support deployment of Sage Intacct integrations.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide training to customer end-users and document requirements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
