Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions. You will focus on Sage Intacct integrations and ERP/financial applications while driving adoption and satisfaction.

Location: Remote. The role involves leading requirements gathering, design, testing and training for successful deployments, with a strong emphasis on communication and business analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or ERP/financial applications.
Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
Strong analytic and data-mapping skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with developers, PMs and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
Define requirements, design solutions, test and train users, support transitions to services teams.
Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct and related modules; stay current with features.
Develop project plans and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Provide end-user training and clear customer communications.
