Job summary

S&S Activewear, a leading North American apparel distributor, seeks a Senior Safety Manager to lead regional health and safety programs across multiple distribution centers, including Orlando, FL. You will drive risk reduction, ensure regulatory compliance and mentor site teams.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Safety, you will analyze safety data, conduct audits, lead investigations, travel 25–50%, and partner with operations leadership to embed safety into daily processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience across multiple locations.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Experience leading regional initiatives focused on SIF/pSIF prevention and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF and related risks across distribution centers.
• Administer programs to identify risk exposures, evaluate controls, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional directors and site leaders to embed safety into processes and improve performance.
• Lead complex incident investigations and learning reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Travel ~25–50% and conduct site visits to verify controls and promote improvement.
