Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety in our high-volume fulfillment and 3PL operations. You will identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements across shifts and sites.

The role supports a 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling, leads safety training, audits, and incident investigations, and collaborates with leadership to sustain a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in EHS or safety in high-volume 3PL/fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance.
• Experience leading safety programs, audits, and investigations.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Proven safety ownership in fast-paced operations.
• Experience tracking safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses).
• Workers’ comp and return-to-work experience.
• Strong communication to train and influence leaders.
• Visible floor-level safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks across operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure OSHA and hazmat compliance across policies and practices.
• Develop and maintain safety reports and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular safety audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Schedule and deliver local safety training, including hazmat training.
• Apply hazmat knowledge to support safe site operations.
• Oversee OSHA interpretation, documentation, and training programs.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts, conveyors, balers, and scales.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as safety point of contact for stakeholders.
