Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead regional health and safety programs across multiple distribution centers, driving risk reduction and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Safety and requires travel to sites across the West/Central regions. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in EHS leadership, CSP is preferred, and strong collaboration skills to partner with regional leaders and drive safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience across multiple locations in distribution, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operations.
• CSP preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise/regional safety initiatives focusing on SIF/pSIF prevention and risk management.
• Ability to influence safety performance through collaboration with operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across distribution centers.
• Administer safety programs per policies, evaluate control effectiveness, drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional directors and site leaders to embed safety into operations.
• Lead incident investigations and learning reviews to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze safety and operational data to identify trends and guide leadership.
• Travel 25%–50% to sites for risk reviews and coaching.
