The role focuses on defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps within a scaled Agile environment, coordinating ARTs, and delivering value across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, strong SAFe expertise, and hands-on experience with VersionOne.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a scaled Agile or SAFe environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise solutions using SAFe.
• Strong Lean-Agile knowledge and experience leading ARTs.
• Experience translating objectives into Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Hands-on with VersionOne and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and program goals.
• Lead backlog refinement for ARTs, ensuring alignment with strategy and value delivery.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable features and stories for teams.
• Own and manage program and ART backlogs with a focus on compliance and customer needs.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning with clear goals and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders and end-users to validate solutions and drive improvement.
• Monitor product performance with data-driven metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Promote SAFe principles and drive agile maturity across teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and address blockers to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, compliance, security, and business units.
• Demonstrate expertise with VersionOne for backlog management and agile tracking.
