Zusammenfassung

Arena Technical Resources, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization in a scaled Agile environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ARTs to ensure business value delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAFe expertise, experience with enterprise-scale solutions, and a proven track record in backlog management and PI Planning. This remote role requires US residency and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of product management in a scaled Agile/SAFe environment.
Proven track record delivering complex enterprise solutions using SAFe.
Strong Lean-Agile principles and SAFe frameworks knowledge.
Experience leading ARTs and SAFe Large Solutions.
Hands-on SAFe product management with VersionOne.

Aufgaben

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAFe programs.
Prioritize features and backlogs for ARTs aligned with business goals.
Translate high-level requirements into Epics, Features and Stories.
Own Program and ART backlogs with value, compliance and customer focus.
Lead PI Planning and coordinate cross-functional teams for execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to validate solutions.
