Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and optimization in a scaled Agile environment. You will work across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure business value delivery while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities include defining vision and roadmaps, prioritizing features, and guiding backlog management from Epics to Stories.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization.
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and Agile best practices.
• Experience leading ARTs and working within a SAFe Large Solutions environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with program goals.
• Lead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for ARTs ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Own and manage the Program and ART backlogs with prioritization based on value, compliance, and customer needs.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning with clear direction on goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and Agile teams to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and Stories.
