Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment. The role involves backlog refinement, user story creation, and iteration planning, with a focus on aligning business objectives to technical execution.

The position is remote but candidates must reside within driving distance of Scott Air Force Base. A DoD Secret clearance and five+ years of BA experience are required, along with strong MS Office/SharePoint skills

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with DoD Secret clearance.
• Pass background investigation (3-year felony, 1-year drugs, 1-year misconduct checks).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a business analyst on iterative software projects.
• Familiarity with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Refine backlog and create user stories aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and roadmap.
• Define acceptance criteria for testable, verifiable work.
• Lead PI Planning and manage sprint scope with ScrumMaster.
• Elaborate requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Communicate business needs clearly to the development team.
• Demonstrate software iterations to stakeholders and report results.
• Ensure traceability and alignment across iterations.
