Job summary

JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a Contract to Hire Business Analyst / Product Owner to work with Product Owners, Solution Architects and agile teams. You will define business requirements and write user stories aligned with SAFe in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with Product Managers, translate needs into features and acceptance criteria, participate in PI Planning, maintain a groomed backlog, and serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in business, engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in U.S. retirement industry or related financial services areas is highly preferred.
• Experience with defined contributions is a must.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment. Experience writing Features and User Stories within a SAFe framework preferred.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools is a nice to have.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Retirement Systems experience is highly desired.
