Job summary

Jumio is seeking a Solution Engineer to help customers understand and implement Jumio’s suite of identity verification and risk management solutions. You’ll work across pre-sales, product, engineering and marketing to deliver technical and functional expertise that drives successful customer outcomes.

You will lead technical presentations, assist with RFPs/RFIs, and guide proof-of-concept efforts to showcase Jumio’s capabilities across web and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience of SaaS Enterprise level experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management or Technical Consulting role.
• Strong customer facing experience across enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation and customer facing skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high autonomy and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Consult prospective clients by understanding use-cases and proposing recommendations for Jumio solutions.
• Create and lead customer facing technical presentations.
• Aid in completion of solution presentations, RFPs and RFIs.
• Take lead in proof-of-concept during pre-sale and cross-selling activities.
• Manage onboarding of customers from kickoff to Go Live.
• Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to customers and Jumio teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering to improve knowledge of product features.
• Create and deliver customized demos on web, iOS, and Android platforms.
