Job summary

Jumio is seeking an AI Adoption Catalyst and Systems Architect to own architectural vision for a scalable cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will champion GenAI integration across the SDLC, optimize performance and costs in AWS, and mentor engineering teams while maintaining security and governance as Jumio scales.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering high TPS systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in system architecture, data or cloud engineering.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Deep AWS (EKS, IAM, Lambda) expertise; GCP is a plus.
• Distributed systems, microservices, event-driven patterns.
• Hands-on AI/ML model execution and cost trade-offs.
• Infrastructure automation (Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience leading architectural reviews and engineering standards.
• Proven ability to integrate GenAI & ML into the SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder management and TCO analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for scalable, high-performance systems.
• Define modern architecture patterns that enable growth, high TPS, and seamless scaling.
• Architect and optimize multi-tenant SaaS platforms, ensuring configurability and performance.
• Lead cloud cost efficiency initiatives, optimizing infrastructure, model execution, and compute resources.
• Lead Jumio Architecture Review Council (ARC) to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability across product teams.
• Mentor engineering leadership on architectural best practices and standardized decision-making processes.
