Job summary

Doist is seeking a Sales Recruiter to support hiring across its growing sales organization. This fully remote contract role focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting top SaaS sales talent.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to refine profiles, design interview strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sales, strong LinkedIn Recruiter usage, and proven ability to build robust candidate pipelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sales roles.
• Experience recruiting Account Executives, Business Development, or other customer-facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to source passive talent and build candidate pipelines.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and interview strategy.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates, evaluating technical qualifications and soft skills.
• Assess candidates for consultative selling ability, relationship-building, communication, and executive presence.
• Provide market insights and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong organization and communication.
