Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in SaaS or tech.
• Independent and self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with Ashby and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidates and managers.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to interview coordination and offers.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define target profiles and hiring strategies.
• Active Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates for tech/SaaS roles via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• AI & Process Optimization: Use AI tools and ATS workflows to improve sourcing and scheduling.
• Candidate Experience: Represent Quorum with timely, high-touch communication.
