Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Business Development Manager, SaaS Solutions to drive new software revenue, open new market segments, and build corporate value across assigned accounts and territories. You will own the SaaS pipeline, develop market opportunities, and coordinate complex proposals and RFP/RFT responses, working with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven new-business hunting with outbound prospecting.
• Experience winning net-new business in accounts with no prior software relationship.
• Strong pipeline development, qualification and forecasting skills.
• Experience preparing enterprise proposals and RFPs/RFTs, coordinating bids.
• Ability to engage executives IT and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS pipeline generation and forecast accuracy across accounts and territories.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to pursue software opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFT and tender submissions for enterprise SaaS.
