Job summary

Alpine IQ is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to own the renewal lifecycle end to end for a diverse book of accounts. You will engage early, negotiate terms, and drive on-time signatures while mitigating churn through proactive risk identification and strategic save plans.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, leveraging HubSpot to forecast and manage renewal pipelines, with a focus on revenue retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a dedicated SaaS renewals role with ownership of renewal book and targets.
• Proven negotiation skills with renewals, pricing increases, and multi-year agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end to end for an assigned book of accounts, initiating outreach 90–120 days before term end, preparing quotes, and driving contracts to on-time signature.
• Multithread across accounts to reach decision-makers and economic buyers.
• Negotiate renewal terms, including pricing adjustments and multi-year agreements within guidelines.
• Mitigate churn by spotting risk early and executing save plans.
• Forecast renewals with a current HubSpot pipeline, including stages and risk notes.
• Grow accounts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities during renewal window.
• Coordinate with Finance and Billing on invoicing and contract questions.
• Track renewal rate, GRR/NRR, churn reasons; share insights with CS leadership.
• Contribute to building and improving renewal playbooks and templates.
