Alpine IQ is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to own the renewal lifecycle end to end for a diverse book of accounts. You will engage early, negotiate terms, and drive on-time signatures while mitigating churn through proactive risk identification and strategic save plans.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, leveraging HubSpot to forecast and manage renewal pipelines, with a focus on revenue retention and expansion.

You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, and you’ll have a real voice in shaping how AIQ approaches renewals as we scale.
This role is for a seasoned renewals professional who knows what a healthy renewal motion looks like and is ready to bring that expertise to a growing team.
