Job summary

1Password is seeking a Pricing & Packaging Director to shape the pricing architecture across its product portfolio in North America, EMEA, and APJ. You’ll partner with GTM, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive ARR growth through value-based pricing and multi-tier packaging.

You’ll lead pricing strategy, develop discount curves, and set governance for pricing operations while steering cross-functional teams toward monetization success in a fast-growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, strategy, or finance with SaaS pricing knowledge.
• Proven impact developing pricing and packaging strategies.
• Experience across multi-region GTM motions (NA/EMEA/APJ) and PLG models.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and packaging strategies for the product portfolio.
• Lead governance and pricing operations to enable monetization.
• Model margins, discounts, and price sensitivity across regions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and finance on pricing decisions.
• Drive ARR growth through value-based pricing and tiered packaging.
• Provide regular pricing updates to executive leadership.
