Job summary

Ping Identity in Colorado is seeking a Pricing and Packaging professional to shape packaging design, pricing strategy, and pricing analytics to drive monetization and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage a broad range of responsibilities across functions.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Pricing and Packaging and partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Operations to launch offers and updates that align

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing or analytical experience in finance or economics.
• Strong command of SaaS pricing models and frameworks (subscription, usage-based, and tiered).
• Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex datasets into strategic insights.
• Ability to translate pricing insights into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Partner with Product and leadership to develop and execute scalable pricing and packaging strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics to drive growth and profitability.
• Pricing Analytics: Build, track, and automate analytics frameworks. Evaluate pricing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights.
• Pricing Execution: Partner with cross-functional operational teams to launch new offerings, packaging updates, and pricing changes.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, gaps, and monetization opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Operations to communicate strategy updates.
