Job summary

Lyrasis is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to support the full suite of open-source hosted services, including ArchivesSpace, CollectionSpace, DSpaceDirect, and DuraCloud Preserve. You will guide libraries, archives, and museums through the SaaS sales process from lead generation to contract execution, managing inquiries, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of related client-facing work experience.
• Experience with archive/library tech and open source preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to run virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the hosted service outreach process from inquiry to contract.
• Lead consultative interviews to determine client needs and prepare itemized quotes.
• Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to meet contract and procurement needs.
• Introduce clients to technology with tailored walkthroughs.
• Communicate onboarding status and needs to teams; act as project liaison.
• Develop detailed RFPs/RFQs and respond to proposals.
• Present at conferences or online events as needed.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
