Job summary

Lyrasis is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to advance the adoption of open-source hosted services for libraries, archives, and museums. You will manage the full SaaS sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution while supporting renewals and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3 years of client-facing work experience.
• Experience with archive/library technology and open source.
• Ability to present in-person and remotely (Zoom, WebEx).
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute hosted service outreach from inquiry to contract.
• Lead consultative interviews to determine client needs and quotes.
• Collaborate with institutional contacts to meet procurement needs.
• Provide introductory technology walkthroughs tailored to clients.
• Communicate on-board status and prioritization to teams.
• Serve as project liaison with external partners and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed RFP/RFQ responses and proposals.
• Give presentations at conferences and events.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
