TrustYou, a global AI-driven hospitality platform, is seeking a Junior Customer Support Manager (DE/FR speaking) to join our remote-friendly team. You’ll craft written replies, host webinars, and translate client needs into product insights to help hoteliers navigate our tools.

You’ll work with English plus German or French, support SaaS clients like Accor, and help build self-serve resources. If you love clear communication and remote collaboration, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

C1-level English and German or French required.
Strong written communication skills for email and chat.
Minimum 1 year in a Customer Support or SaaS role.
Comfortable hosting webinars and presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

Master the inbox: manage email and chat with precision; no inbound calls.
Host virtual webinars to drive product adoption for global clients.
Create digital resources to expand video library and FAQs.
Translate client needs into actionable product insights in English and DE/FR.
Assist with occasional account configurations to ensure data accuracy.
