Job summary

Launch Tennessee is seeking a Client Services Implementation Specialist to support and manage client implementations and ongoing support operations in a hybrid, remote-ready environment.

You will work with account managers to create a seamless implementation and client care approach, collaborating across teams to drive milestones and deliver value for healthcare clients leveraging the Ntracts Compliance platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer support, or other client-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent client implementations and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage client implementations by scheduling activities, tracking milestones, preparing materials, driving next steps, and ensuring completion.
• Lead meetings, document calls, track action items, and maintain accurate system records.
• Provide client support through system how-tos, permission updates, data uploads, training and walkthroughs.
• Submit, troubleshoot, and track support cases independently, partnering with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify roadblocks, suggest process improvements, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Understand client needs and deliver expert guidance aligned with industry best practices.
• Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
