Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer engagements and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable value. You’ll leverage the Workiva implementation methodology to drive successful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of diverse projects, coordinate stakeholders, maintain documentation, and handle risks and escalations. A strong Spanish business fluency and PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 4+ years of project management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish at business level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 20-25 standard-complexity projects with 4–16 week timelines.
• Own end-to-end project execution for medium-to-high complexity Workiva engagements.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal teams with clear communication.
• Maintain project docs, status reports, risk logs, and budgets.
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Support change requests and align with project scope.
• Share best practices and knowledge across teams.
