Job summary

Workiva seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead professional services projects implementing or optimizing Workiva solutions. You’ll master the Workiva methodology and serve as the primary contact to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that creates customer value.

You’ll manage a large portfolio of mid-to-high complexity projects, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive risk, budget, and change management while leveraging Smartsheet and Jira for delivery tracking.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent plus 4+ years of PM experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required (business level).
• Preferred: PMP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20–25 concurrent projects with 4–16 week timelines.
• Own end-to-end project execution for medium-to-high complexity engagements.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and project team; ensure clear communication.
• Manage project plans, status reports, risk logs, and budgets.
• Monitor risks and issues; escalate when needed; support escalations.
• Facilitate change requests within project scope; share best practices.
