Job summary

Workiva is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead professional services projects implementing Workiva solutions. You will manage a portfolio of 20-25 projects, drive end-to-end delivery, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-value outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a 4+ year PM track record, a Bachelor's degree, and business-level Spanish. PMP or similar certification is preferred, with SaaS delivery experience and familiarity with Smartsheet

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent with 4+ years of project management experience.
• Business-level bilingual in Spanish is required.
• SaaS delivery experience and PMP or similar certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Project Execution: Manage 20-25 simultaneous standard-complexity projects with 4- to 16-week timelines.
• Core Delivery Management: Drive end-to-end execution of project plans for mid-to-high size engagements.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Primary contact for customer and internal teams; ensure clear, timely communication.
• Documentation & Reporting: Manage project plans, status reports, risk logs, and budgets.
• Risk & Issue Management: Monitor and mitigate project risks; escalate as needed.
• Escalation Support: Help resolve customer escalations with leadership guidance.
• Change Management: Facilitate standard change requests within project scope.
• Team Collaboration: Share best practices across project teams.
